Please follow instructions below:
- Navigate to https://agolde.com/pages/returns
- Click on USA if you order was shipped to an address within the United States of America
- Enter your order number & shipping address zip code
- Select the item(s) you’re sending back and select reason for return
- Click on "Continue with return" and choose a refund method (Store credit or Original Payment method)
- Once return has been submitted, print your return label and packing slip then mail back the original item(s) within 14 days
- If returning more than one order please initiate a return for each order number. You can use one shipping label but must include each individual packing slip.
Once received and inspected, please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.
*If you wish to return your order for a refund to the original payment method, a $10 processing and shipping fee will be applied.
*If you wish to return your order for store credit, you will receive a gift card via email once your return has been processed. Please note, once store credit has been issued, it will be deemed as non refundable.
