AGOLDE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept the purchased item for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only merchandise purchased from agolde.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

RETURNS: 
If you wish to return for a refund to the original payment mehtod, a $10 processing and shipping fee will be applied. 

If you wish to return your order for store credit, you will receive a gift card via email once your return has been processed. Please note, once the store credit has been issued, it will be deemed as non refundable.

EXCHANGES: 
All exchanges are complimentary and are processed as a new order. 

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Once refunded, please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.
