Please see below for the procedure that applies to you. Once submitted, we will email a return label and any appropriate paperwork.

Once a return label is issued, it must be used within 14 days of receipt. Additionally, please note that only one free return label will be provided per order.

EU/UK Returns - AGOLDE provides residents of the EU and UK the right of withdrawal for purchases from agolde.com or our AGOLDE Melrose store. The right of withdrawal permits you to return goods within 14 days of delivery of your purchase, without providing a reason.

If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and standard shipping charges paid by you for the delivery. If you exercise this right of withdrawal for only part of your purchase, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and a portion of the standard shipping charges paid by you for the delivery, based on the number of items returned and the number of items in the order. You remain responsible for any added charges for expedited delivery shipment you selected in checkout. You can submit your withdrawal request by clicking here.

1. Click on “EU/ UK” to begin your return.
2. Complete and submit the “Contact Us Form”. 
3. Once you request has been submitted, a Customer Service representative will provide a prepaid return label along with any necessary return documentation. 

In the context of electronic withdrawal, we process name, email address, and order number. The processing is carried out by our processor Revoq. All Other International Returns – Go to agolde.com/returns to submit a return request

1. Click on “USA & International” to begin your return.
2. Enter your order number & either your shipping address zip code or email address, then, click “Start Return”.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and select reason for return for each item.
4. Once all item(s) are selected, click on "Continue with Return" and review your Return Summary to ensure all information is accurate
5. Click on “Submit your Return” to complete the process.
6. Once return has been submitted, print your return label and packing slip then mail back the original item(s) within 14 days 
7. Once received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.

* There is a 20 USD restocking fee for international returns, excluding returns from the EU and UK.  This fee will be deducted from the refund and will be converted to the currency of the transaction.  Original International shipping fees are non-refundable for returns outside of the EU and UK
