Can I get a refund on a lost package that has been signed for?Updated 3 months ago

No. We are unable to provide a refund or store credit in cases where FedEx or other couriers have provided proof of delivery and a direct signature has been obtained. We suggest that you file a lost package claim directly with the shipping courier.
