Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for international orders.
Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to the European Union.
There is a 20 USD restocking fee for international returns, outside of the European Union. This fee will be deducted from the refund and will be converted to the currency of the transaction. International shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Your refund will be processed within 5-10 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. From there, it can take the bank 3-8 days to issue the refund to the original method of payment.
